BID Plymouth's NeuroSpine & Sports Center offers a patient-centered spine care program serving the greater Plymouth community since 2008. With a coordinated team of spine and athletic injury specialists and guaranteed appointments within 48 hours, we pride ourselves on your access to the highest quality healthcare in a timely manner. Our team of surgeons, physiatrists, chiropractors, and physical therapists serve as spine care specialists, immediately directing you to the correct care team member. We offer a range of services, including spine and cranial surgical care, and physiatry, and will work with you to develop your best treatment plan.
On your first visit, we will assess your current concerns and review what you have done previously for this condition. Together, we will decide what your best option is moving forward. If it is surgery, you will have the option to see a surgeon immediately. If your case is more conservative in nature, as 90% of cases are, you will receive a treatment plan tailored to you, with the goal of returning you to normal activities as soon as possible.
Most commonly, our patients respond to conservative care provided by our Primary Spine Practitioners (PSPs) team. Led by Dr. Ian Paskowski, Program Director, the team includes chiropractors and physical therapists who completed specialty training through the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine to be experts in assessing and managing spine-related disorders.
Our goal is always to get you back to your life as soon as possible with minimal but appropriate treatment. Most importantly we will provide you with self-care strategies that will keep you healthy moving ahead.
