- Call our clinic at 508-732-0401 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm to schedule an appointment with our travel clinic physician.
- Schedule your appointment as soon as you know your travel plans; immunization protection takes time!
- At the time of your appointment, bring a copy of your travel itinerary with you along with a current record of your immunizations.
