BID Plymouth's Cardiac Catheterization Lab collaborates with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center interventional cardiologists provide a complete array of on-site cardiac diagnostic, emergency, and non-emergent cardiac stent procedures.
Cardiac catheterization is a procedure that allows cardiologists to chart blood flow through the heart and determine if there is any arterial narrowing or blockage that requires monitoring or treatment. In addition to our Cardiac Catheterization Lab, BID Plymouth also offers a cardiovascular suite, where patients can go for cardiac stress tests, echocardiograms, and stroke and other general cardiac care.
