Frequently Asked Questions About MySite

The ORIGINAL MySite is still active with your old username and password, and contains your health data before October 1, 2018. You can access it at: Original MySite

The information displayed on the MySite Patient Portal is only as current as your most recent visit to the hospital. It will be updated if you are a patient in the Emergency Department or are receiving inpatient care at the hospital.

If you would like to correct the information contained in your medical record, we ask that you submit a Medical Record Amendment form which we will then review with our clinical team. Please call the Medical Records Department at 508-830-2361 if you would like to proceed with this process.

There may be a delay between the time the test is completed and the time the result is available to view. This delay may allow your treatment team to confirm the results and discuss them directly with you. Some tests are not available to be viewed online, as listed in our Terms and Conditions located on the MySite Patient Portal website.

To obtain a copy of your medical records, please follow the instructions listed on the BID Plymouth Medical Records page.
