About Our Behavioral Health and Substance Use Services
The Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth Integrated Healthcare & Substance Use Collaborative brings together healthcare providers and local behavioral health programs in a coordinated and integrated model of care to better support the medical, behavioral health, and substance use needs of individuals and families in the community.
For behavioral health and substance use patients, services include:
- Crisis intervention
- Needs assessment
- Information and referral
- Referrals to community resources
- Follow-up services
- Short-term individual and group counseling
Additionally, a psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide medication evaluations and management, follow up, and consultation to providers.
