Honey Mustard Salmon
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
4 4 oz. fillets of salmon
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Whisk honey, mustard, lemon juice, oil and red pepper flakes together. Pour into a zip lock plastic bag. Place salmon into bag and seal; shake the bag to coat fish entirely.
Place salmon on baking sheet and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
